Joy of Birding – Beginners Foundation Course
Pugdundee Safaris, Learn with Pugdundee initiative
A five-day, four-night birding foundation course built around field observation rather than checklists — naked-eye identification, bird call recognition, habitat reading, a dawn chorus session, and an introduction to citizen science platforms like eBird and Merlin Bird ID. Led by ornithologist Dr. Nikhil Bhopale of the Bombay Natural History Society. No prior birding experience is required.

Cost: INR 47,500 + 5% GST per person, twin-sharing — includes lodging, two safaris in Kanha National Park, and all meals
Walking & Mobile Safari through Satpura
Pugdundee Safaris
A five-day trekking and mobile-camping experience through the core and buffer zones of Satpura Tiger Reserve — on foot, with river crossings, and two nights in a dedicated mobile camp pitched exclusively for the group. Limited to 10 guests per departure, with naturalists and camp crew accompanying throughout.

Who it’s for: Reasonably fit travellers comfortable with rustic camping (dry pit toilets, bucket showers, patchy phone signal on the trail)
